Why MoZo ?

Real Instruments, Real Skills

Children learn to play actual physical instruments — starting with on-screen keyboard with songs, then guitar, piano, recorder, percussion. Real music, real progress, ready for band and orchestra.

Proven Results

Across 11,000+ children, MoZo learners achieve up to 2 years above their average level. We teach music 30% faster than traditional methods.

Not another screen time app

MoZo is fundamentally different from other music apps. Here's why thousands of families trust us.

AI That Adapts to Your Child

Our AI engine continuously adjusts difficulty, pace, and content based on each child's unique learning style. Every session is personalised for maximum engagement.

Developed With Experts

Created alongside child development specialist Dr. Amanda Gummer and the Good Play Guide, to ensure the app helps the children acquire the relevant skills.

Game-Based Motivation

Built on social learning theory, MoZo's game loop keeps children in a cycle of motivation, practice, and reward — designed for sustained attention, not fleeting interest.

Fights the Attention Crisis

Millions of children struggle with motivation and attention. MoZo's design specifically targets these areas, turning screen time into genuinely productive learning time.

The Research

20+ years of face to face

MoZo is devised and designed by our CEO James Tucker-Salfield, who has worked as a music teacher with 50+ schools and London councils to deliver music provision to groups and individuals.

Through this face to face contact, and in consultation with education providers across the globe, we identified the parts of the learning process that needed supporting.

Pupils, Teachers, Parents…

Science-backed, child-approved

MoZo is built on social learning theory — the principle that children learn best through observation, imitation, and positive reinforcement within a structured social context.

Our AI continuously keeps each child in the optimal learning zone: challenged enough to grow, supported enough to stay confident. The result? Children learning 30% faster and achieving up to 2 years above their expected level.

"MoZo have been working closely with us at Fundamentally Children (and the Good Play Guide) to ensure the app can deliver the most effective learning experience possible to young children and achieve our accreditation.
